Register with the State

Medical Consultation

Next you will schedule an in person consultation with our qualified healthcare provider. During this appointment, we will review your medical history, discuss your symptoms, and determine if medical cannabis is a suitable treatment option for you.

Last step

If medical cannabis is deemed appropriate for your condition, our healthcare provider will approve your application in the EVS and you will need to log in and pay the state $15 for your card.
