Hello! I’m the proud owner of Cache Health and a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. I earned my Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of California, San Francisco, in 2024; my Master of Science in Nursing from Weber State University in 2019; and my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Maryland in 2007. With a career starting as a registered nurse in 2007 and advancing to a nurse practitioner in 2019, I bring years of experience and dedication to my practice.

Born and raised in rural north-central Florida, I proudly served nine years in the Army before finding my home in Cache Valley in 2010, after living in Alaska. My deep commitment to patient safety and autonomy drives me to build strong, collaborative relationships with my patients. I aim to create a space where you feel heard, respected, and empowered to ask questions and actively participate in your care.

I am also a passionate advocate for marginalized groups, including the LGBTQ+ community, and strive to promote comprehensive and inclusive healthcare for all.

Home is Hyde Park, where I live with my beloved husband, Curtis, and our four wonderful kids—Dylan, Max, Eli, and Cole. We also share our home with our doodle dog, Ellie, and a leopard gecko named Gregg. I’m also a founding board member of Utah Families Feeding Families, reflecting my dedication to serving our community.

In my free time, you’ll find me enjoying family adventures, especially near the ocean, listening to true crime podcasts, building puzzles, lifting weights, and assembling Lego sets.
